    Processing Time
    Each order is carefully prepared before it heads out the door.
       •    Ready-made items: Ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.
       •    Personalized or custom orders: May take a little extra time as we handcraft your design. If additional production time is needed, we’ll reach out to you directly.

    Shipping Carriers
    We work with trusted carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx — to deliver your orders safely and on time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

    Shipping Regions
    We proudly ship both domestically and internationally.
    Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. DaviGood Print Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

    Delivery Times
    Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.

    Shipping Delays
    While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or global shipping disruptions. If your order seems delayed, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help track it down.

    RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    We want every DaviGood order to bring you joy! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

    Returns on Non-Custom Items
       •    We gladly accept returns on non-custom, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
       •    To begin a return, please email us at [your email here] with your order number and reason for return.
       •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    Custom & Personalized Items
    Each custom piece is made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized or made-to-order products, unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

    Refunds & Store Credit
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. You can choose to receive:
       •    A refund to your original payment method,
       •    A store credit toward a future DaviGood purchase, or
       •    An exchange for another item of equal value.

    Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to appear on your account after processing.

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

    We stand behind the quality of our prints and products.
    If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    We’ll quickly remake, replace, or refund your item — whichever you prefer. Our goal is to ensure you’re 100% happy with your DaviGood experience. 💛

    CANCELLATIONS

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not yet begun. Once an item is in production or shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order.
